What we're looking for
- 3-10 years building and scaling production-level web apps
- Fluent in TypeScript, React, Next.js (+ JavaScript, CSS)
- A full-stack mindset, with an eye toward frontend polish and backend collaboration
- A strong track record of shipping fast, with quality and performance
- You write well-tested, maintainable code and care about catching issues early
- Clear communication and a team-first attitude
- Expert with AI tools like Cursor and Claude Code to speed you up
